Group Visit Request

Missouri S&T is pleased to accommodate group visit requests!

Group visits are designed for high school students in grades 9–12, as well as students from our partner institutions who plan to transfer to Missouri S&T. While we strive to honor all requests, group visits are offered with limited capacity. To ensure a positive experience for both visitors and the Missouri S&T staff who generously share their time, we require an adequate number of chaperones for all visits.

Each group visit includes:

  • A campus tour
  • An admissions presentation & raffle drawing for S&T merch
  • Lunch on campus
  • The opportunity for seniors/upcoming transfers to apply for admission to S&T while on campus

Additional activities may be arranged. Please enter special requests in the designated box below.

Please note: Groups arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled start time will forfeit the first item on their agenda.

We look forward to welcoming you to campus!

  • Any changes or requests must be communicated no later the 72 hours before the visit. No deviations can be made on the day of the visit due to schedule constraints.
  • If at any time during the visit the group is deemed unruly or unmanageable by staff, the visit will end or the unruly individual(s) will be asked to leave.
