Student Diversity Initiatives Student Center Building and Door Access Request

The SDI Student Center is available after hours with approved access. Normal business hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, excluding all holidays.

Access will automatically expire at the end of each spring semester. You will need to resubmit this form at the beginning of each summer or fall semesters.
