Come to campus ready to learn the basic principles of robotics at this hands-on camp, which includes electronics, sensors, motor and servo control, programming and control techniques as well as robotics applications in today’s society. Using the LEGO® Mindstorms™ Robotics Invention System, teams of participants will have the opportunity to invent, design, build, and program robots while learning the basic structure of computer programming. By integrating motors and sensors with the NXT microcomputer, students will program their robots to respond to their environment, react to light, avoid obstacles and accomplish amazing things.
