During Jackling Introduction to Engineering, you'll be introduced to a variety of engineering fields with
demonstrations and activities related to each discipline. You will learn about what engineers do, what
tools they use and how the various engineering fields affect everyday life. Engineering and science
groups will present brief overviews of their areas of focus and the exciting technological challenges on
which their graduates work. Choose from a suite of activities each afternoon that will include interactive
workshops and problems that may include software development, aerospace testing and problem solving, exploration of state-of-the-art engineering materials breakthroughs, and the process of product
development and testing.
